Scheduling was done well. Appointment went smoothly from check in to check out. Dr. Costello is easy to speak with, understanding and informative. Her caring bedside manner with my step-daughter is why I decided to become a patient also.

Michelle loves working with her female patients, as she can personally relate to the many stages they may be experiencing. In particular, she enjoys working with the adolescent and young adult patients and encouraging them to make healthy and good choices as they enter their adult lives. Michelle has always felt the calling to help others, and enjoys her role as a PA where she provides personalized health care and guidance to her patients.
Michelle has maintained her professional certification (PA-C) since her first job. A PA must pass a rigorous certification exam every 10 years (formerly every 6 years) as well as complete many hours of Continuing Medical Education to maintain their certification. Michelle is also a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Michelle values her quality time with her busy family: husband, three sons, a daughter-in-law, two stepchildren, and two grandchildren. When the weather is nice, you are likely to find her wrapped up in yard work, or an outdoor project. Michelle recently relocated to the country, where she and her husband are caring for her mom and horses.
