Dr. Mikaela O’Connor was born and raised in Naples, FL. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She went on to attend medical school at The University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Florida at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL, where she served as chief resident. She joined Southwest Florida Women’s Group in September 2024.
