Although the office is always very busy and I have to wait longer than my scheduled appointment, the staff make up for it. Roni has been my nurse the last few times I've been there and she is great! Very personable and always smiling. Dr. O'Connor is patient, always listens and doesn't make me feel that she is rushing me to see her other patients.
Both Dr. O'Connor and her nurse that onboarded me were very professional, asked good questions and seemed to really care about me.
They are friendly professionals. Dr. O'Connor and her assistant listened to me and asked questions. We talked about family and they took their time with me. I appreciated that they laughed with me, and her assistant even asked if I wanted the papers printed in my language. Thank you women group.
The front was very nice and helpful, and I didn't have to wait a long. Dr. O'Connor is very professional and pleasant. She explained everything that I needed.
