Was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the women at the front desk to the nurse to Dr. Potter herself, warm, friendly and genuine. Put me at ease.
Molly was informative, professional, personable, and didn't rush the exam. She listened and answered all of my questions.
I really liked Dr. Potter. I tend to like younger doctors. And obviously, she fits that mold. But, she is sensible, and it is clear that she is not really an alarmist, which I also like. She is personable, and she also warned me about the blasted Medicare rules (I am still with Aetna), and I really appreciated that. She was soft sell on bone density, and after three years, I agree at my age I should have it checked. She is really good. I like her. The appointment was on time, and I did not feel rushed during the visit at all. I appreciated her enlightenment on Medicare rules even though I am still with an employer provided health care plan, as I will probably have to transition to the Medicare rules sometime next year.
Dr. Potter was excellent! She was knowledgeable and I could tell she was truly listening and paying attention to me when we talked. Also, the exam itself was the least uncomfortable/invasive pelvic exam I think I've ever had. I thought my last doc was good, but she knocked it out of the park on the first visit!

Dr. Potter was thorough in describing what may have caused the postmenopausal bleeding, and the best way to determine it. The ultrasound technician Becky was also thorough in explaining her exam.
Dr. Potter was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable when confirming my pregnancy.
Her solution (ointment) appears to be working. On third day! Glad you were there to assist me.
