Before finding CCRM, I went to another fertility clinic, [practice]. I had a friend who had a bad experience there, but I still decided to give them a chance and form my own opinion. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t much better. We waited almost an hour just to be called back to see the doctor, and once we finally met with him, there was no warmth or personal connection. The conversation felt very dry and almost as if he were reading from a script. I left feeling like I still had to figure out what I needed and what my next steps should be. My experience with Dr. Beverly at CCRM was completely different. From the beginning, she was warm, personable, and genuinely a pleasure to interact with. Most importantly, I didn’t feel like I had to come in already knowing what to ask for or what I needed. She explained what I needed, what our next steps would be, and gave me a clear understanding of the plan moving forward. That difference in the level of care meant so much to me. Going through a fertility journey already comes with enough questions and emotions, so having a doctor who makes you feel cared for, informed, and confident in the plan is incredibly important. I left my appointment feeling like I was in the right place and in capable hands. I’m truly looking forward to starting this journey with Dr. Beverly and the CCRM team.

Dr Beverly is professional, personable, snd makes time to answer questions and discuss next steps. She treats patients like people and not just numbers. She is the 3rd RE I’ve worked with and is head and shoulders above the others. I give her my full endorsement. The office is also well-run and organized. Staff are kind and pleasant. You rarely have to wait long in the office. Communication is quick and efficient.

We would have appreciated more instructions leading up to the appointment about the extent of the paperwork and where to find it. We were confused by the app and how to upload medical records. It would be helpful to have a 'new patient visit instructions' set to work through in advance.
