The patient care team were all nice and kind.I was attended to on time .I felt like my privacy was upheld and the midwife was very friendly and educated me on most of the things as far as my pregnancy and safe delivery process is concerned. She was so patient and kind , she gave me her time and a listening ear , taught me on everything I needed to know during my pregnancy journey.She's a wonderful midwife

Does not reflect on provider specifically, but this my very first ever pregnancy appointment so a few things that could have been helpful were 1) informing patients beforehand that the sonogram is transvaginal. It just helps lessen anxiety knowing these things beforehand. I also did a number of labs which seem to be normal, but never (at least one week since my appointment) got a message from my provider confirming if all the results were normal.
