The Ultrasound Technician was very thorough in getting all the pictures needed for Julie to review and discuss with me. Julie provided a thorough update on my GYN health status. Overall, I'm very satisfied that my GYN health concerns are being well served by your team!!!
The front desk had informed us that because I didn't have an appointment the realistic wait time would be 1-2 hours. At the time I saw no other choice so my husband and I waited. It was about an hour. Next, Katie, made sure she did a blood draw to test for multiple things including my CA-125 levels and insisted I receive another ultrasound to make sure my condition hadn't changed from the ER visit. She was calm and explained everything very well and answered all of our questions. She was then able to get us in with Dr. Watson the following day to get process moving. As soon as she got the blood work back for my CA - 125 and saw it was elevated she called me and got a referral for me to see an oncologist. She also let me know that if I had anymore questions or needed anything else that she would be available. Her bedside manner was amazing.
Everyone was very kind, but things were slightly unorganized. I needed to do bloodwork but no one told phlebotomy that I was there, so I waited for a while. I finally went to the front desk to ask how much longer when the staff realized they hadn’t transferred me to phlebotomy.
My provider is so attentive, if something is needed she is quick to make sure I receive it and she will check in with me to make sure I have all I need otherwise she will do whatever is in her hands to make the process faster. There was a time I needed a medication and was having issues with the pharmacy and she called the same day and made sure I received my medication that day.
Dr. Paul has an excellent bedside manner. Complete exam with referrals for mammogram and colonoscopy. Took the time to answer all my questions. Office staff is efficient and helpful. On-site lab draw is very convenient.

Dr Paul is always informative and takes his time explaining all avenues with uou
Everyone was so helpful. I had an MRI done on July 25th at SimonMed and wasn't given the results. They were sent to the oncologist who I can't seem to get on the phone, and WHASN was able to obtain them and get me a copy. Brittney is just so wonderful and I feel very comfortable talking to her about my options moving forward, and I like to hear her recommendations. She is open to my requests for second opinion referrals and the office had no problem getting referrals submitted ASAP. This office is one of the few offices I go to where I actually feel like my health and well-being is a priority.
