Therese was really helpful and talked me through what she was doing during a pap smear and ultrasound, which was helpful because I haven't had a lot of women's care appointments yet. We couldn't see our baby yet and I was alarmed but she was calm and explained everything, which I appreciated.

We got there a bit late due to traffic, and they were still able to fit us in which meant a lot. The front desk staff is always super friendly, and I absolutely love Therese Purcell. She is fantastic. She's very friendly and will talk you through everything you need to know. As for the blood work, the phlebotomist is great. She is quick and is very sweet. You can't feel the needle go in most of the time which is perfect since I'm terrified of needles. Overall Round Rock OBGYN has been amazing and I love them.
