Everyone is nice there. Dr. Rumpf always takes time for me to go over anytime we had previously talked and anything new. I have never felt I'm rushed. She's extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. I'm very happy that she's my doctor. Anyone who hasn't been to any doctors for a while or for their first time, I would recommend them trying to meet her because Dr. Rumpf makes you feel comfortable being there.

I am highly satisfied with Dr Rumpf. The reason of a 4 is because of the office staff. Getting a post op apt is difficult when the doctor doesn't work most days. Then to get a follow up call after surgery- asking questions only then to be asked in the middle of it to say wait what surgery did you have again I don't think I'm asking the correct questions. Dr Rumpf has been amazing and took plenty of time to explain and show in detail what she believes is causing my pain.
