The only reason for a 4 (and it was not the provider's fault) is that she was behind schedule that day by almost 45 minutes. She did apologize and was lovely to work with. It was so nice to meet you. I don't think I've ever laughed so much at an annual visit before. Thank you for taking your time to speak with me and answer my questions.
The front desk was friendly and called me by name as soon as I walked in. Then everyone on was friendly. The flow of the office had a good flow and not feel rushed. Trisha Baret made me forget the past experience that felt uncomfortable getting my exam. She was gentle and efficient while answering all my questions, all with a beautiful disposition and smile!
