A proud Mountaineer, Dr. Valerie Busick first attended West Virginia University for undergrad where she studied Biochemistry and Animal Sciences. She continued her studies at her alumna mater, receiving her Doctor of Medicine from West Virginia University School of Medicine. Her next medical journey took to Columbus where she fulfilled her residency at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital. It was during this time that she fell in love with the city and now proudly calls Columbus home. Married with one daughter and two dogs, in her spare time, Dr. Busick enjoys hiking, snowboarding, crafting and of course cheering on Mountaineer sports.
