Willow was amazing.
She intently listened to my concerns about post partum anxiety and depression, adjusted my visit "to do" list because she recognized that I wouldn't benefit from being touched, and also provided me with a new Rx to help with the anxiety and depression. She cried with me, hugged me, and I really felt seen, heard and taken care of. I am grateful for providers like you and want to acknowledge you and thank you for the work you do for your patients.
Willow took the necessary time to make sure all my questions were answered, consulted with someone else in the office when she needed more information, and made me feel well cared for. I did not feel rushed and really appreciated that.
