The minute I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. Once meeting Dr. Howell I knew I was in great hands. He took his time to answer all questions and make me feel comfortable. His bed side manner is phenomenal. He is straight forward and wanted the best outcome. He never pushed for more than I needed and was honest in his opinion but never made me feel like my feelings were not the most important thing. His nurses and staff are kind and caring. Dr. Howell made this journey and procedure calm and informed, ensuring I was getting the best care imaginable. I would send anyone who was needing his services to them with exceptional reviews!

Every staff member treated me with kindness and respect. I was worried about my osteoarthritis in my knees might prevent me from getting on the exam table. Once I saw the wide step and lower table, I felt confident I could step up safely. The nurse was so kind in offering assistance and putting the stirrups away to give me more room. I had no difficulty using the step and my anxiety instantly eased. I had been very concerned but the staff really helped to ease my concerns. Dr. Roberts provided such caring and empathetic care during my exam and pap smear. Her professionalism and caring demeanor put me instantly at ease. I feel lucky to have such a wonderful doctor and her excellent staff. Thank you to everyone.

I was taken back to a room on my appointment time. My wait time in the room was not extensive. The nurse taking my information was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Butler took the time to ask questions and answer all of my questions. Made me feel heard, seen, and cared for.

Staff was amazing! Mary made me feel very comfortable, as I was uneasy coming into my first appointment and my first time being pregnant. She made me relax instantly and gave great clinical expertise!

I was just under a week postpartum and had some issues arise that I wasn’t sure if I needed to go in for. I called that morning and spoke to my doctor’s nurse and explained my concern. She suggested I go in and gave me two option of times to be seen that day and go me in. I was seen by my doctors nurse practitioner and had all my issues and concerns addressed. Both Mary and Dr. Merritt have provided exceptional care. I feel very confident being under their care.
