Obstetrics and gynecology immediately drew me in during medical school. The speciality perfectly blends primary care through a patient’s lifetime along with surgical expertise. It is the greatest honor to bring life into this world all the way to fixing abnormal bleeding after menopause. I treat every patient interaction as a privilege and emphasize working together to care for each specific healthcare concern. The lifelong relationships that see both joy and sadness drive my desire to be a lifelong learner.

Outside of the clinics and hospital, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. OBGYN residency took me to the University of Iowa where I had a lovely well-rounded training, but nothing compares to living near family and all the Twin Cities has to offer.
