We were greeted warmly, shown patience when asking questions, and everyone in the office was extremely welcoming and a joy to be around.

Dr. Zhou was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. She took the time to really talk me through my situation, options, and course of action. The entire office staff was also incredibly warm and friendly.

Our first visit was very informative and reassuring. Dr. Hickman took the time to listen to our concerns, understand our specific situation, and thoroughly explain the process and available options for our case.

Dr. Zhou was amazing. Very helpful and educated on topic. She didn't make us feel pressured at all and was very supportive.

I have had a great experience with CCRM since my first meeting over the summer. I accidentally went to the Fannin location, not knowing my appointment was at the Gessner location. Dr. McKnight was very accomodating and was able to virtually meet with me while I was at Fannin. She was very kind and explained all of my options to me. I had to go with the IVF process. I was pretty worried about it at first, but when I had a procedure done to remove my scar tissue in my uterus, my nurse, Jasmin, was very kind and she made me feel very comfortable while in an uncomfortable positon. She was also very kind and helpful whenever I had my egg retrieval. I was in a lot of pain and she did everything she could for me. My experiences after that were very positive. Elaine, my nurse was very helpful and always kept me updated. She replied to all my messages accordingly. The nurses who did the bloodwork were also very fast and effecient. They did everything they could in the time they were given. I think my only complaint would be that if you are going to scheduale that many people to get bloodwork at one time, that you should have more nurses drawing blood, and not stressing out the two that are there. The ultrasound technicians were very effecient and kind. I did my egg transfer with a completely different male doctor and he was very kind and made me and my husband very comfortable, despite us never meeting him before. Overall, I loved my doctor, nurses, etc. They were great.
