The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They helped ease my nerves during the first visit.
Everyone has been so incredibly kind and patient. Caroline walked me through everything she was going to do before, during, and after the Sonohysterogram, and then went beyond and prepared me for what I was going to experience the following day (HSG procedure) at the Vienna office. Nothing felt rushed, and no question felt stupid. I am grateful for everyone I have encountered at CCRM so far.

Overall the experience was great. The doctor communicated with me that he was online and would start the call shortly. He was also willing to reestablish the connection when the call dropped on my end and I appreciate that. He was also very thorough and explained absolutely everything more than I could have even asked for; he was very kind and listened and passed no judgment, and I appreciate all of his information and guidance.
I felt that he listened to my concerns, cared about my previous treatment and what worked or didn't work, and created a clear plan of next steps and how to move forward.
Dr. Likes was delightful--professional, prepared, funny, and insightful. He made me feel seen and proposed some new things that I'm looking forward to trying.
Dr. Ryniec is truly the best fertility doctor out there. She's extremely knowledgeable but makes you feel at ease every step of the way. I trust her guidance.
