Caroline is very knowledgeable and was very understanding. She empathetically walked me through my options and next steps. I thought the setup for the appointment was a bit insane with so many seemingly different steps to set things up. I had gotten way too many emails in the lead-up to the appointment, which made it difficult as a busy person to triage and see at a glance which ones were important.
Everyone has been so incredibly kind and patient. Caroline walked me through everything she was going to do before, during, and after the Sonohysterogram, and then went beyond and prepared me for what I was going to experience the following day (HSG procedure) at the Vienna office. Nothing felt rushed, and no question felt stupid. I am grateful for everyone I have encountered at CCRM so far.

She then pursued a post-Master’s certificate from Drexel University to become a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC).
With a background in Perioperative Services and Labor & Delivery, Caroline brings a wealth of clinical expertise to fertility care. Her collaborative approach with Dr. Payson ensures that all medical cases under her care are thoroughly reviewed and that patients receive timely, effective, and highly personalized treatment.
