My doctor had wonderful bedside manner. This was my first appointment and I was nervous but she was so calm and kind and walked me through everything. She was thorough, explained what would be happening every step of the way, and made sure to ask if I had any questions she could answer.

I was seen in a timely manner, every single person I interacted with was kind, caring and informative. I could not find the location to start with and one of the ladies at the front desk gave me directions over the phone and was patient and professional and when I arrived a few minutes late they got me started right away with no problems. When I saw the doctor and student doctor they were very detailed oriented, and asked so many important questions and if I didn't know an answer to something they gave me time to think and when I could not remember or had no answer to give they were so professional. Dr. Boucher was absolutely genuine and truly wanted to help solve any issues I had. 10/10
