Verified Patient Reviews for Emma Ritzmann, MD
She was genuinely caring, a good listener, she explained the procedure, each step of the way in detail and the instruments she used for each part of the biopsy. She was patient and encouraging.
Dr. Ritzmann examined me and gave me guidance to alleviate my symptoms (severe redness, itching, inflammation, etc.). OTC ibuprofen, ice packs, cortizone cream. I asked about an antibiotic and she mentioned if the symptoms got worse, to go to an Urgent Care. However, after I left she called me and said she thought about it and was going to call in an antibiotic for me to help ensure the site did not get infected. I really appreciated that!!!

This was a virtual call. It was short but got the answer needed.
Excellent care, bedside manners, professionalism, and compassion. 1 recommendation / pls text confirmation 1 day before appt. I got a text wed before my monday appt. . That’s not a good reminder. It’s so last week. I missed my initial appt :(.
Dr. Ritzmann is an excellent physician! She never rushes through an appointment and always genuinely listens to any issues. Dr. Ritzmann also performed my planned C-section and it went flawlessly. I have minimal scarring and felt so well cared for the entire time. Her bedside manner is second to none. I've been going to CWC for almost 2 decades and she has quickly become one of my favorite go-to doctors at the practice! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great OB/GYN.
Dr. Ritzmann, although this was the first time I had met her, listened to my concerns, and came up with a plan for addressing them. I also appreciated being able to meet virtually for this appointment because due to the nature of it I did not need to come in person and it was very convenient to be able to join from home. She was wonderful!

Short wait time. Pleasant doctor experience.
Dr. Ritzmann was very kind and understanding of the pain I experience during Pap smears. She made sure I understood what she was doing and that I was comfortable. Although I only met her that day, I felt I could trust Dr. Ritzmann and ask her any questions.
