Kaitlyn Banning, DO

Dr. Kaitlyn Banning, DO, is a dedicated OB/GYN physician who offers full spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care for women in and around Yavapai County. She is originally from Georgia, where she attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree, and continues to cheer on the Dawgs!

She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from PCOM – Georgia, and completed her residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. In residency she excelled as the Academic Chief Resident for two consecutive years. In addition, Dr. Banning’s commitment to academic achievement was recognized with the award for Academic Excellence in her final year of residency as well as the Achievement award for Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) resident. She has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery in addition to her passion for obstetrics and helping women through all stages of their lives. Her practice philosophy is rooted in providing holistic, detailed, evidence-based care to women, ensuring their health and well-being through all stages of life. She is passionate about women’s health and committed to staying at the forefront of medical advancements. Dr. Banning also offers visits in Spanish.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her Husband and her Dog, Luna, as well as reading, cooking, and running. If she is outside, she is happy!
