Lauren listened to me. She wanted me to schedule an ultrasound appointment, which I got the beginning of the next week. But wasn’t able to get a follow up appointment for a month.

Lauren was very caring and gentle with a painful, unfamiliar to me procedure. I appreciated how reassuring she was, and how she explained everything as she went along. Lauren was exceptionally caring and took time to explain everything to me. I never felt rushed and she answered all of my questions. She was also very responsive, getting back to me with test results very quickly.
