I have seen an injector and aesthetician at Southlake Plastic Surgery for years. When I decided to finally address the area below my face, it was an easy choice to see one of the surgeons next door. To say I am happy with my “Mommy Makeover” results would be a huge understatement. Dr. Novak is a brilliant surgeon. From the first consultation to the preop and a few quick mini-consults in between, he took great care to answer all my questions and address my concerns. The 3D imaging helped me to visualize what I could expect after surgery. Giving me great piece of mind when honestly, after 3 babies, nursing, and a lifetime of weight fluctuations I was not sure what my body was supposed to look like. I simply asked for my breasts to be proportionate to my body and I could not be happier with the result. Nurses Heather and Samantha were incredibly patient and kind, making me feel very well cared both before and after the surgery. All the staff at Southlake Plastic Surgery and the Med Spa made me feel supported throughout my journey and I look forward to working with them again when the time is right.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, amazing results and easy process.
Beginning with my consultation appointment all the way through my monthly check in appointments, I had a highly positive experience. Each time I was given all the time I needed to feel secure. All my questions were answered as if I was the first person to ask; even though they are the same questions they hear every time. The pre-op nurse has the most calming voice that took all my worries away. Each step was explained before anything was done. My post op nurse was so enjoyable I didn’t want to leave. The staff could not be more kind and accommodating. Dr Novak has the perfect balance of professionalism and respect combined with being easy to talk to. He was patient while I asked my questions making sure I was comfortable. I would recommend Dr Novak to anyone seeking plastic surgery.
From the phone inquiry to my first in person consultation , everyone was exceptionally professional and caring . I love the accessibility of the providers and the nursing staff. I felt like they really cared about about me as a person . They answered all of my many questions in a timely manner. Dr. Novak is the best !

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas State University. There he was honored to be named a NCAA Scholar Athlete as well as being named the NCAA Texas State University Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2010. He competed all four years on both his cross country and track teams.
Dr. Novak went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Texas McGovern Medical School located in the world’s largest medical center in Houston, Texas. While training in Houston and early in his medical school career, Dr. Novak became involved in plastic surgery research. After completing a breast reconstruction research appointment at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dr. Novak completed his surgery residency at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas. As the only Level I trauma center between Dallas and Austin, Dr. Novak had broad exposure to all aspects of plastic surgery including general reconstruction, hand, breast, craniofacial, microsurgical, and aesthetic surgery.
Dr. Novak went on to complete an elective, one-year fellowship in aesthetic surgery at the highly sought-after Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute. This additional year of training was spent focusing on all aspects of surgical and non-surgical aesthetics of the face, nose, breast, and body.
Throughout his training, Dr. Novak was honored to have been accepted for numerous podium presentations at national plastic surgery meetings and publish his research in leading plastic surgery journals.
Dr. Novak offers the full spectrum of surgical aesthetic procedures for the face, nose, breast, and body. Patient satisfaction and outcomes are his top priorities, and he is driven by the fact that he can make a huge impact in people’s lives. In his free time, Dr. Novak is busy raising two boys with his wife, Dr. Stephanie Novak, a practicing pediatrician.
