The entire process of working with Dr Mason and team from the initial consultation and coordination with Kim is very patient focused. The entire team takes the time to understand your concerns and desired outcomes. Everyone truly cares about the patients and provides exceptional communication throughout the process. This is my second procedure in 15 years and I did not get any consultations from other surgeons because of my trust in Dr Mason & his staff.
