Location, parking, check-in, wait time & appointment time with the Dr. I was expecting a different type of exam and was informed that it was not due until next year. Everything went well. Dr Patel is thorough and explains information.

I went to the Laguna Hills office (23961 Calle De La Magdalena). Dr. Patel is the best, very kind, fast and knowledgable. Her staff was also amazing and so helpful, especially the nurse who helped prep me before Dr. Patel came in. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Felt heard without having to beg
Dr. Patel is by far one of the best physicians I have come across. She is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and treated me with respect and listened to me so intently. Dr. Patel saw me through my first pregnancy and I was quite nervous in the beginning. She never once made me feel “bad” or “dumb” for asking a million and one questions, but rather she spoke to me with respect and addressed my concerns. She never diminished how I was feeling , but rather listen intently to me and talked me through all of the possibilities that I was thinking could happen. By the time my second pregnancy came around I wanted Dr. Patel to see me through that pregnancy as well. I had a scheduled c section with my second child and Dr. Patel performed the surgery. She made sure I was prepared for what to expect and her bedside manner during the surgery and after the surgery was exceptional. I got emotional post surgery and she came next to me and talked to me and I immediately felt better. The only thing that saddened me about my last visit with her was that I won’t get to see her until my annual ob visit next year. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and I know if anyone is under her care they will be so well taken care of.

Dr. Patel chose to go into Obstetrics and Gynecology because she loves developing lasting relationships with her patients and wants to be there for them year after year, like family. She strives to help educate women and foster open communication. Her professional interests include general and high risk obstetrics, well woman care, menstrual disorders, gynecologic surgery, cross-cultural medicine, contraception and adolescent care.
Dr. Patel was born in California but spent most of her life growing up in Columbia, Missouri. Her dream has always been to come back to the West Coast and settle down in California. When not at work, you can find her golfing, going to concerts, searching for the best patio to eat dinner, and traveling the world.
