Friendliness of staff and doctor.
Dr. Foda was very open, explicit, and comforting with our situation, and he explained everything to my wife and myself in detail. Our feeling was that were dealing with a medical professional who was both very knowledgeable AND caring -- who responded to us as persons, not "things" -- and we feel like we are in excellent hands. Ditto, actually, for everyone on your staff.
My doctor was amazing and he and the nurses were asking me how I was doing and making sure I was ok and also letting me know what's going on.
