Nurse Practitioner Rachel was amazing, and she explained everything to me in detail. All the staff members were amazing!!

Treated courteously by the nurse practitioner. Nurse practitioner willing and able to answer our questions. Medication protocol straight-forward and refills easy to request. I was a little unsettled by loud music being played in the clinic and the lack of communication during my longer-than-usual wait. Usually the office environment is very professional. But this is probably not an assessment of the nurse practitioner but other staff.

Rachel started her nursing career as a Level II NICU nurse at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. Finding a passion for reproductive and women’s health, she transitioned her career to an IVF nurse coordinator with US Fertility. Advancing her studies, she began her Nurse Practitioner career working with Dr. Moshe Peress at Boca Fertility in South Florida.
Rachel’s responsibilities include performing transvaginal ultrasounds, saline sonohysterograms (SIS), hysterosalpingograms (HSG), intrauterine inseminations (IUI), endometrial biopsies, pre/post-operative visits, FDA exams, consultations, ovulation induction management, and early pregnancy monitoring.
