Rachel was extremely thorough explaining each step and how she was doing the measurements. She is so honest and prepares me well too for symptoms and/or challenges. She also knew I had struggled with the meds and ensured I spent time with a nurse walking through them carefully, drawing a bulls eye on my butt, etc. She has a wonderful bedside manner and has been great dealing with my ups and downs!

I had my fertility telehealth video consultation and I truly had such a peaceful, secure, and positive experience. Going into this process I was honestly feeling nervous and emotional because fertility decisions can feel overwhelming, but Rachel made such a difference. From the beginning of the call, Rachel created a very calm, welcoming environment and made me feel comfortable opening up and asking questions. She took her time explaining the process clearly, never made me feel rushed, and helped me feel informed instead of overwhelmed. She was patient, compassionate, and made something that felt intimidating feel manageable. What stood out to me most was how secure and supported I felt throughout the appointment. Rachel made me feel like I was in good hands and that my concerns and future goals genuinely mattered. It didn't feel transactional it felt personal and caring. Rachel started her nursing career as a Level II NICU nurse at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. Finding a passion for reproductive and women’s health, she transitioned her career to an IVF nurse coordinator with US Fertility. Advancing her studies, she began her Nurse Practitioner career working with Dr. Moshe Peress at Boca Fertility in South Florida.
Rachel’s responsibilities include performing transvaginal ultrasounds, saline sonohysterograms (SIS), hysterosalpingograms (HSG), intrauterine inseminations (IUI), endometrial biopsies, pre/post-operative visits, FDA exams, consultations, ovulation induction management, and early pregnancy monitoring.
