Additional forms and checking that I thought was taken care of prior to coming in. Waited for the blood test for too long. Receptionists feel like they are being bothered when you approach. But otherwise they are professional and very competent. (I guess not everyone need to have a bubbly personality and that's probably a reflection of me rather than the receptionists ability to do their job).
