Rachel was awesome. Took her time and spoke to us and made sure to answer all of our questions. I was less impressed with the tech who brought me to the room, who asked me the same questions I had already answered on the form, but kept her back to me the entire time. I felt rushed and not heard. But Rachel was great.
Making the appointment was easy. The wait was not long. The provider was pleasant and experienced and spoke with a straight forward demeanor. Rachel was excellent and the care I received was top notch. Her cordial approach and informative style will surely cause me to request her in the future.
Easy check in, almost no wait time, knowledgeable provider. Rachel is extremely warm, she is a great listener and ensured multiple times that all my questions were answered. She does a great job at breaking down medical concepts in an understandable way. She has a gentle manner and is trustworthy.
