What made this a 5-star experience wasn't just the beautiful surgical outcome, but the level of compassion, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail from everyone involved. I always felt supported, informed, and cared for before and after surgery. Recovering from a major procedure can be intimidating, but I never felt alone because the team was always available to answer questions and provide reassurance. After losing 160 pounds, I had worked so hard but still struggled with all the loose skin. My surgeon really listened to what I wanted instead of making me feel like just another patient, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations.
