I have been so impressed with Dr. Taylor and his staff. They were so professional and kind, always looking out for me and my best interest and trying to help me get the best results possible. Everything went smoothly and I am so incredibly happy with the results.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with my plastic surgeon, Dr. Robert Taylor. From the very first consultation, I felt heard, respected, and completely at ease. He and his staff took the time to really listen to my concerns and answer every question, and explained everything in a way that made me feel confident, educated and informed about my upcoming procedure. Dr. Taylor, as well as his wonderful and kind staff truly listened to my concerns - not just to what I wanted and hoped for the future, but to how I felt, my fears and concerns about the upcoming procedure, and the results... I never felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, I felt seen, understood, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. One weekend I encountered a problem while recuperating, (sometimes things happen - through no one's fault...) and his nurse, Madison met my husband and I at his office afterhours – to make sure that I received the correct bandages… We had looked everywhere – literally - a ton of pharmacies, Wal-Mart, Target, etc. It seems no one had them in stock! I was pretty scared! I highly recommend Dr. Robert Taylor and his staff!! They are extremely professional and caring - even 'After Hours. Excellent Service!!

I had breast reconstruction surgery after a mastectomy, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Taylor and his team. From the very first consultation, they took the time to explain all of my options clearly and answered every question with patience and compassion. They called me after my surgery to check on me and see how I was doing.

Dr Taylor and his staff has been great in helping me through my breast reconstruction after my double mastectomy. Dr Taylor always explained what was going to happen and answer any questions. The staff was very comforting and kind at every visit. My breast look more natural than I expected!

Most courteous, respectful, thorough, and knowledgeable Doctor and staff I have had the pleasure of working with. Thorough aftercare.

I'm saying a 4 because I'm not finished with my procedure. Dr Taylor and his staff could not be more caring or helpful.

Dr. Taylor and all of his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional every time you are there. They make you feel very comfortable and confident in choosing their services for any procedure and/or service they offer. I always feel like Dr. Taylor is transparent about the results you should expect from any procedure he offers. There is a reason he has been voted best surgeon multiple times in NWA!! He truly takes pride in his surgical skills and his patients.
