Servixe was quick. Provider listened to all my concerns and provided guidance and solutions. Procedure was easy ans relatively painless - provider regularly ensured I was comfortable and provides additional anesthesia.
She was very professional, kind, personable and patient.
I've recently moved to the area and had no other way to find a doctor other than relying on reviews and insurance rosters, but I was pleasantly surprised at the level of knowledge and experience. Dr. Shimer was thorough and listened to my concerns. I am very happy with my decision to come to her practice.
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Visit is efficient but not rushed. Dr. S is knowledgeable and comes across as really wanting to help me, not critical or dismissive of my symptoms.
