Dr. Andrea Jeffress is truly an exceptional OB. From the very first appointment, she has always been compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in my care. She has a wonderful way of making you feel safe, comfortable, and heard, which is especially important during pregnancy. She takes the time to answer questions thoroughly, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed.

The nurse was both professional and personable. I felt listened to by Dr. McAllister. The office attendant at check-out was kind and courteous. I would have rated my experience a 5 (Highly Satisfied), but the first office attendant I encountered was abrupt and not very welcoming.

Dr. Thompson is a wonderful doctor and a credit to her profession.

There was no wait for my appointment and she was knowledgeable and great.

Caleb was efficient and listened to me. I was slightly frustrated that my appointment was before 8 AM and the highway traffic was stopped and I tried calling the office three times to let them know I would be a little bit late and no one answered the phone because it was before 8 o'clock.

Dr. Lang is extremely conscientious! I am very pleased with my visit!

With the exception of one woman in the reception area, everyone was wonderful. I have been with Dr. Dailey for 30 years. I've recommended several friends to her. She is one of the best doctors I've ever had!
