[Rating Only] Wait times could use some work. I’d have to take the day off just to be seen because I would wait hours to be seen. I just started to see whichever provider was available & that’s not why I chose this office.

Dr. Wang and the staff were very friendly and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I understand that wait times can vary and that appointments may sometimes take longer than expected. However, I wish there were a better system for patients to track their place in line. In addition to the estimated wait time currently shown on the website, it would be helpful to see the order of patients and an estimated time for when it will be their turn. This would allow patients to plan accordingly and arrive about 10–20 minutes before their scheduled time.

I absolutely love Dr. Wang and have been seeing her for over 10 years now. She is very kind and down to earth and takes time with you and thoroughly explains herself. She's also very personable and remembers details about her patients even from years ago. I really don't need to see an obgyn for anything now except annual check ups and I don't live anywhere near her adorable office, but I choose to stay with her because I just love our annual visits and will continue to have her as my doctor. I also absolutely love the ocean ambiance decor throughout her entire office! You feel like you're in a different realm when you go through those doors. It's very peaceful and relaxing. I highly highly recommend Dr. Diana Wang!! She is the best ever!
