The minute you walk in the door the staff is energetic, helpful, and knowledgeable. I truly feel as though Dr. Parker also took the perfect amount of time for me to review the notes that I had, respond to my questions both in depth and authentically and had excellent communication skills. Dr. Parker is obviously knowledgeable inexperienced and it’s always comforting to be in the presence of someone that has both personal and professional experiences to draw from. It’s important in our ever-changing society to find providers and support staff that actually cares, listens and can assist properly. Such as the case with this practice.

Appointment was on time, didn't feel rushed during my visit with Dr. Heitmann. Listens to my questions & concerns as always.

DR Shepard was professional, personal and efficient. His staff was very friendly as well. He took the time to ask questions and engage with any health concerns I had. It wasn't a churn and burn appointment.

Check-in was not pleasant as I was not greeted or even spoken to. As soon as I was taken into the back, it was like night and day. The staff was kind, comforting, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Parker, I felt, went above and beyond with questions that I had and concerns. As for checkout, that was also a wonderful experience. The woman who checked me out, was kind, patient and funny. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
