Very kind, did a good job, I would like to come back to get my ear re-pierced as you were going to do it by I had to go back to SD early. Didn't hurt and looks good.

I had multiple post surgery complications, but Dr Berardi and his team patiently and compassionately addressed each issue. Dr Berardi went above and beyond the call of duty to make things right to ensure I was happy with the results. I was quite discouraged by my healing process at many points, but Dr Berardi was always encouraging. His staff is amazing - caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. Despite less than optimal results, I'm still very happy I had the surgery as it's boosted my confidence tremendously!
