Everything about the practice is extremely professional but also they are ALL incredibly kind and friendly. I know a lot of surgeons and Dr. Smartt was truly incredible as was the entire staff. I have zero scarring. Truly talented.

Shelia is wonderful, however, she is not the one who started the compression treatment. It was the woman at the front desk.
Luke was excellent. He quickly responded to my inquiry. He also was patient and answered all the questions I had by email and phone in advance (and treated me with dignity and not as if my questions were a bother or stupid). He explained the procedure well in advance and while he was doing it. Top notch experience.
