The app was easy to use and the doctor was knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I also did not feel rushed talking about my concerns, given that this was a 2nd opinion we had a lot to unpack and Dr. Chang was patient with me.
Dr. Chang is professional and is very well knowledgeable. She was able to successfully get me pregnant which is the whole goal of the clinic. She explained the ultrasound images and gave us our goodie bag for our graduation from her clinic, we are very grateful for her.
I was very impressed with Dr. Chang's personalized approach. It was important to my husband and I that we found a fertility specialist that offered genuine care when putting together a treatment plan.
