I have high anxiety in certain situations such as doctor's visits, she took time to talk to me and didn't rush me or treat me like I was overreacting, anxiety was still high but I was as comfortable as possible because of how she interacted with me and she treated me like I mattered!
As always, I was first greeted with kindness when I arrived. Dr. McCallum has always treated me as if I were her only patient. Her assistant was also very kind and patient. My appointments there are something I actually enjoy!
