DeVito Plastic Surgery Center

Pros: Dr DeVito was thorough and knowledgeable. She was honest and addressed the need vs desire for the best result. Cons: I had two consults, both were pushed back and rescheduled by the Drs. office, leaving concern of appropriate time management and availability issues. I clearly explained what estimates I wanted and how I wanted them grouped, however after my first consult I received an independent procedure quote that I never asked for and only one of the three groupings I requested. I had to request four times to get the other two groupings. Then apon further review of the estimates, the scheduler had added an additional procedure which was not requested, not needed, not recommended, nor discussed during my consult. When I brought this to her attention, rather than apologize and offer to correct, she tried to insist that it would be a good procedure that all women should have. Again, not needed. I was disappointed in the staff but still impressed with Dr. DeVito, so I narrowed down to two Drs. Dr. DeVito and another whom I equally felt was a good Dr. and who's office staff was exceptional. So after Dr. DeVito's office pushed my second consult back by two weeks, I decided to go with the other Dr. and staff. All three of my surgeries are now properly grouped and scheduled and I'm as confident with this Dr. as I was with Dr. DeVito. I think Dr. DeVito's surgical knowledge and skills are amazing but she could benefit to be more conversational and time considerate to her patients, and unfortunately her staff is letting her down, not listening and not providing accurate estimates.

Surgery went well. Dr explained everything to me so there were no surprises. Keep appt on time

I was looking for a doctor that would take out my implants out without putting me under general ant. and she did my surgery with just local shots.

My concerns were listened to and any time I had questions the office was always more than willing to make sure I got answers. Very friendly staff. So far I have had great results.

Dr. DeVito carefully explained the procedure & gave excellent information during my initial consultation, which allowed me to be confident in my choice to move forward with the procedure. Afterwards, Dr. DeVito & Missy checked in regularly by phone, email, & office visits to ensure a healthy recovery.
