I was very pleased with the time and bedside manner from Dr. Barone and scheduler Sandy , as well as I believe the nurse - all staff amazing!

First, the pricing is all inclusive; second, communication and planning is excellent; and third, Dr. Barone and his team are so talented. You are in excellent hands when you choose this practice for any procedure you want to have. I would never price shop a procedure like this, would only go to someone that I trust.

I sought out Dr. Barone, because two physicians I was seeing, both diagnosed the pull from the weight of my ex-large breasts, was potentially the cause of my neck pain. I had treatment for my pain, for over 4 years. I chose Dr. Barone at Evolve, because he has been the leading Physician/Surgeon in Plastic Surgery in Northwest Ohio for many years. Although I was very nervous at my first appointment, Dr Barone and his staff put me at ease. I was pleased with this very first appointment as we discussed procedures, options, and Dr. Barone’s own opinions and suggestions on the best outcome for me personally. Next, I scheduled an appointment with the office business manager, Sandy. She was very knowledgeable about medical insurance and all the components of what my surgery would entail. I signed the papers to have Sandy submit the Pre-Op forms to my insurance for approval. Within 2 weeks, Sandy phoned to let me know my insurance had approved my surgery, but not the liposuction component. Liposuction is a recommended part of a breast reduction in order to remove fatty tissue around the upper chest, under the arms, for a really nice looking outcome. Sandy prepared me for the insurance denial on the liposuction. My husband and I discussed it after my meeting with Sandy, and I was prepared to opt to pay that small part on my own. I had the surgery, and within one week post-op I realized I had no more neck pain. It’s incredible that all of my neck pain is gone. As a plus, Dr. Barone gave me a manageable, good looking chest. My next journey will be to see Dr. Barone’s Esthetics Staff. Every female working in Dr Barone’s office is very kind, caring and beautiful. Their skin is flawless, their body weight is perfect for their size, and their hair is so healthy and pretty. I want whatever it is that they have, who wouldn’t? When I complete my post-op appointments, I will look into recommendations by their Esthetics Team. If you’ve been considering a procedure, don’t wait. The first appointment may change your life, it did mine.

I was overly satisfied with how lifted my breasts turned out and the security I felt with the 'internal bra' he added during the procedure that they will stay secure for years to come.

Excellent staff and Dr Barone is simply the best. His bedside manner is excellent and his surgical skills are unsurpassed.

Dr. Barone incorporates healthy mind and body to his pre and post surgery procedures/steps. His reputation as a plastic surgeon is impeccable. He educates his patients on what to expect and how tje surgery/procedures will effect my life. His staff is awesome. They are knowledgeable, kind and teach patients , as well.
