Overall, the staff were amazing! Dr. Lex made us feel comfortable with the decision we were making for our daughter. The anesthesiologist was PHENOMENAL and helped her feel comfortable and had her laughing before she went into surgery. And the results look amazing :) Our daughter is young, so the procedure was done to help rid a reason for kids to bully her. We also hope that the realignment of her ears will help with some of the wax build up she was having because of the way her ears were aligned. Fingers crossed!
I had the best experience from my first consultation with Dr. Lex to my post op visit. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well as informative. The wait time was very short from the time I checked in for an office visit to the time I saw the Doctor. I have already recommended this facility and Dr. Lex to many of my friends and family, that is how satisfied I am with the whole process.
Dr. Lex and the surgical staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was extremely nervous to have surgery and everyone in the center explained everything for my husband and I to understand and be comfortable.I highly recommend Dr. Lex to everyone!Thank you so much for everything!
