Dr. Teitelbaum is an amazing surgeon. At age 66 ( two breastfed kids, weight gain and loss) my breasts no longer "pancake" sag. They are naturally perky and symmetrical. The procedure and recovery went extremely smooth and was relatively easy. I wish I had opted for my lift sooner! His staff is extremely attentive and go out of there way to make you special and comfortable. The overall experience was more than I could have hoped for!

Given the complexities of my upcoming tummy tuck, it was incredibly reassuring that he chose to research and consult with colleagues rather than rushing a diagnosis. It is clear that he cares deeply about my specific case, my final result, and my overall well-being. I feel an immense sense of comfort and trust placing my health and beauty in his hands, and I look forward to our follow-up appointment.
I think my results are very good and overall I am very happy. I do think a little more in depth aftercare would have been appreciated— for example a 6 week or 8 week post op video visit with the doctor would have been very helpful to check in on concerns and overall healing trajectory. Returning to exercise at 3 weeks did not feel possible for my body (really not until about 10) and the pain was much more than I expected, so touching base or having an expected appointment would have been nice to discuss what was going on and make a plan. It would be helpful if there was guidance on compression garments or bras as well as scar care in the handbook. Setting realistic expectations on the lipo donor sites would also have been helpful, as that was quite painful for about 10 weeks and is still very stiff and tight.
The doctor was very professional, listened to all my concerns, we were very aligned on aesthetics, the doctor seemed very experienced and knowledgeable.
It's very difficult to gauge what is needed and why over the phone but I felt Dr. Teitelbaum was professional and personable to try and have a face to face when he is on the East Coast in July!
