This may sound funny but, Dr. Patel and his staff treated me as if I was the only patient that mattered to them. The procedure went smoothly and I felt virtually no discomfort. The cost was reasonable and I was scheduled to have the procedure much sooner than I thought.

Dr Patel is kind and patient without an ego. He took his time to explain without pressure. I look natural and no one has noticed.

Dr. Patel is a perfectionist and experienced surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and treats his patients with respect and kindness. I'm so happy for my results and feel so much more confident in my appearance. He explains all the details, is always available to speak with and his gentle approach makes any surgical procedure he takes on as relaxing as possible and the end results are amazing. I feel well cared for at the office during the neck lift. The operatory was clean and bright, and I'm sure instruments were sterilized and Dr. Patel is the best at what he does.

Even though appearances have never been important to me and I never wear makeup, I never once felt put down upon for the procedure. I wasn’t pushed into or suggested to that I should have additional procedures. Everything was spelled out all along the way. The team made sure it was pain free. Great follow up. Overall, an excellent experience.
