I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Bolitho and the entire team. Having a deep plane neck lift and lower facelift is a significant decision, and because it is an invasive cosmetic procedure with medical risks—and, of course, the concern about looking unnatural, it was incredibly important to me to feel that I was in the hands of the best possible surgeon and supported by an exceptional team throughout the entire process. I truly feel that I was. From the very beginning, Dr. Bolitho took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or dismissed. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to make sure I fully understood the procedure put me at ease and gave me tremendous confidence going into surgery. What really stood out to me was the level of care after the procedure. The weekly follow-up appointments were incredibly reassuring. At each visit, they carefully checked my healing, explained what to expect at each stage of recovery, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my progress and, ultimately, my results. I always felt that my well-being and satisfaction were genuinely important to them. They also went above and beyond by providing complimentary products and services after my procedure to help ensure that I looked and felt my absolute best. That extra level of care and attention meant so much and really demonstrated how committed the team is to their patients and their overall experience, not simply to the procedure itself. The entire staff (Karen, Laura, & Jessica) has been wonderful- kind, knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and professional! Every interaction made me feel supported and valued. I never hesitated to reach out with a question or concern, and I always felt that I was in good hands. I am extremely happy with my experience and my results. Choosing a surgeon for a procedure like this requires a tremendous amount of trust, and I am so grateful that I chose Dr. Bolitho and his team. My experience was so positive that I have already recommended my doctor to many of my friends. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone considering a facelift or neck lift who wants not only an excellent surgeon, but also exceptional care before, during, and after the procedure.

My surgeon and all the assistance are so wonderfully patient, educated,, highly professional, and really take their time to understand the patients needs.

The whole office staff was delightful. Very helpful and friendly. The Doctor was amazing. Very kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend and appreciate him. Everyone involved before and after went above and beyond. It was a very long and difficult surgery but came out with flying colors.
