I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rachel Ford and my experience at Renuance! After 26 years with my original breast implants, I finally decided it was time for an implant exchange. Naturally, I had some concerns about undergoing surgery again after so many years, but Dr. Ford made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident in my decision. My surgery was on August 20, 2026, and although my recovery turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. I experienced a significant hematoma, required drains, and ultimately needed an additional corrective procedure approximately five weeks after my original surgery. What makes Dr. Ford so exceptional is how she handled the unexpected challenges throughout my recovery. Her professionalism, expertise, compassion, and dedication to my well-being gave me tremendous peace of mind. I never felt that I was just another patient. I felt that my concerns mattered and that she genuinely cared about my recovery and results. Having surgery is one thing, but knowing you're in capable, caring hands when complications arise is something entirely different. That's where Dr. Ford truly earned my trust and appreciation. Now that I'm healing and returning to my normal activities, I'm incredibly thankful I chose her. After 26 years with my original implants, this was a major decision, and despite the challenges along the way, I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Dr. Ford deserves every one of those five stars! Her commitment to patient care, attention to detail, and dedication throughout my journey made all the difference.
