I had a great experience with Dr Ford. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. The appointment was great until we went into the office with Jacob to discuss pricing. He was very pushy about setting a date even after I told him I needed time to go over the information and decide when I could do the surgery. That made us feel very uncomfortable.
