Christy was great to work with. I had a lot of questions and she was patient. I received the answers I was seeking in a timely manner and in depth. Dr. Elluru has a great bedside manner and did a great job. He took the time to explain in detail the entire procedure and healing process. I was impressed that I was given 2 types of natural vitamins so assist with the swelling/bruising. I am still taking as I truly believe the vitamins assisted greatly in the healing process. When the bandages came off, I initially had doubts seeing the stitches, swelling, and bruises. Dr. Elluru was all smiles and assured me everything would heal and I would be happy with the results. Well, he exceeded my expectations. I trusted the process and him. I am 9 weeks post op and the scars continue to heal and I am almost back to "normal".
