First off I didn't expect the appointment to take long. But I also didn't feel like just another consultation for the doctor. He explained everything and answered all my questions.

Dr. Adam was so personable, patient and friendly - not all surgeons are! He took as much time as I needed - answered questions and appreciated my humor too. Our exchange was one human to another, which also doesn't always happen - and at the same time, was professional, thorough and reassuring. I couldn't have asked for more.

The result is what i expected. I didn't feel pain and I healed fast.
