Staff members were friendly and professional. They explained each level of my procedure pre op and post op clearly and allowed time for any questions and concerns I had. They have frequently checked in with me after my procedure with genuine concern for my recovery.

Meeting the staff and Dr. Ditesheim put me at ease immediately as I was welcomed into the clinic. The staff made me comfortable as we discussed desired procedures and pricing. Dr Ditesheim was attentive as I described my experience, insecurities and expectations. Dr. Ditesheim explained the procedure, follow up care and realistic expectations. I felt very supported and confident in his abilities and appreciative of his demeanor. What a great office and staff.

He gave recommendations the day of the surgery to ensure I had the best post-op outcome. He really wanted to make sure he was able to meet my expectations. I am 3 months post op and already feel great about my new shape. I have even purchased for the first time in 20 years two-piece bikinis and feel confident about wearing them.
