Although the recovery time for me was more difficult and took longer than most other patients', I'm highly satisfied with the end result after 4 months as it has given me the fullness I was looking for and my loose skin under my eyes and on my cheeks have greatly improved.

Dr Engel and his staff were professional and kind especially the (Lisa & Daniella) nurses. I'm pleased with the outcome.

I waited over 6 months just to get the consultation and it was worth the wait. I spent hours doing research and finding photos of what I want the results to look like. Many photos were of work Dr. Engel has performed on other patients. Dr. Engel took his time explaining options and realistic results in detail. I did not feel rushed and am confident he listened to me. I've gone to three different doctors and I booked my surgery with Dr. Engel, which I think says a lot.

Dr. Engel was very professional and made me feel like I was the only pt he had to see that day. He took his time with me, was very friendly, and took time to know exactly what I wanted done.

My consultation with Dr Engle was thorough and I didn't feel rushed - which is extremely important. He was honest in telling me that my expectation for having implants removed, and a breast lift performed, were unrealistic due to my size/stature. However, we came up with a win/win plan! Can't wait!

Results of my surgery are exactly what I wanted them to be. My main interest was getting rid of loose sagging skin on my neck area and under my chin, but refreshing my face was an added bonus to that. I guess I was so focused on the neck, that I didn't see how saggy my face had become. I did not want my eyes and cheeks raised in that fashion that everyone goes "Oh, she had a facelift!" I was pleased that this did not happen to me. I love my facelift, and everyone that knows I had it, can't believe how beautiful it is. People cannot tell that I had it done, if they don't know me. I did have a slight pucker under my chin, where it was cut, and I asked that it be removed because I have an upcoming wedding, and Dr Engle was more than happy to take care of that and redo it. That was painless and easy. I think that there were things I didn't ask about in the beginning, that I could've asked about and then I wouldn't have been concerned about later. I didn't realize that the sides of my face, by my ears where all the skin was cut, could continue to be numb. Those areas are still numb, (6months out) and my understanding is that it may go away, and it may not. It's not terribly concerning but I just didn't realize it. Everyone in the office was very caring and friendly and helpful all along the way. I can't say enough about the staff and doctors.
